The problem is an easy solution. Most places that repair your computer charge MORE as they have rental overhead and employee wages to pay out. All of our workers are paid by the job, and it is expected that they are going to take the time and explain WHAT caused the problem, FIX it and then EXPLAIN how to avoid it in the future. You will not get this from other TECH support agencies as they either don't do the work themselves and don't REALLY know what caused the problem, or they simply don't care so that you will have to come back and pay for help again.
