It is our goal to provide in-home or on-site Tech Support to the Greater Springfield and now also the St Louis area, we build our client base from WORD of mouth references. We offer basic software services and maintenance options to our customers in relation to the following categories:

SOFTWARE:
Check your system for errors in startup, conflicts while running, check internet connectivity and overall functionality of the machine. Anything in relation to the machine's SPEED or performance would fall under this category.

Problems you may be observing:
Slow startup~
No Boot or slow Boot~
Programs running poorly or not at all~
Loss of Internet connection!~
Crashing Web Browsers (i.e. Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Fire Fox)~
Program Crashes~
Anti-virus Education and Handling Conflicts~
System Cleanups~

HARDWARE:
We offer to check out if your hardware is broken or if it is simply a driver issue and can be fixed with a software repair. In the event that hardware has failed we refer you to your manufacturer first if you're still in warranty, secondly to the Third Party Warranty holder (i.e. Best Buy, Circuit City) or can offer to get the replacement for you on our parts order service. Either way we can help determine if the hardware is broken or if it needs to be replaced.

Problems you may be observing:
CD/DVD drive doesn't function~
Audio doesn't work~
Display errors or garbled settings~
Noises from the machine (Fans constantly running or not at all, clicking from the hard drive)~
Hard drive replacement or installation of hardware~
Adding Hardware (Drives, Ports, Hubs)~
Home Setup - (Networks and Networking, home systems)~


ON SITE/HOME SERVICE:
We offer to come to you- The working Mom, the Student in the Coffee House... Our goal is to provide service to all the people of Springfield in relation to their computer desktop and notebook/laptop needs.

If you are at Starbucks or some other WIFI establishment~ Call us and we will meet you.
At Home? Call and set a time you want service done...
On the Go? Set a place and time to meet!

OUR RATES:
Want to save some money? Compare our rates and give us a call!

For a visit (To determine we can fix or repair the system) ~ $50.00
with a CARD from the CARD Program* (save $5) ~ $45.00
IF you take part in the CARD Program* (save another $5) ~ $40.00

We'll give an estimation of approximately how long the repair will take...

For the actual service (after determining we can attempt a repair)
~ $25.00 each additional hour

(To allow us to provide more efficient service, our agents earn less money as time progresses, encouraging them to make the needed fix or repairs in a timely manner. A percentage of every hourly fee comes directly to the company for tools to be used on the job (i.e. Flash Drives, External Hard drives, Software, etc.)

Agents pay for their own gas and fuel costs. Any driving over 10 miles away from town will add a gas fee of $10 per 10 miles, 20 miles would be $20 in gas fees. This allows us to keep the actual service inexpensive and open to all persons living on or around the cities we support.


Tips are not required, but graciously accepted.

*CARD PROGRAM
With the CARD Program you get and gain discounts on our visits or can share these with your friends and family! When we arrive, if you have a CARD (One of our discount business cards with the $5.00 Marker on it) you get $5.00 off your Service by handing it to your Agent.

Then our Agent will ask you... "Do you want to be part of our CARD PROGRAM?" If the answer is YES, you will receive three CARDs, each with the $5.00 marker. Give these cards to your friends and family or use them for future visits (Only one card can be used per visit). In taking these three cards you get another $5.00 off your service at the time of the visit.

So lets break this down:
Service call is $50.00
You have a CARD (and trade it in) -$5.00
You take 3 New CARDs -$5.00
______
Total for Service Call ~ $40.00
Service per hour ~ $25.00
______
Your Price ~ $40.00 and if repairs can be done on site $25.00 per hr.

This is our goal! One hour of service costing you only $50.00 and saving you over $100.00 from going to another resource, and we bring the service to you!


At the hotel on the go, at the coffee shop- you name it. If you are at a location 10 miles outside of Springfield, Missouri, there will be an additional $10.00 fuel cost, but we can arrange to meet you somewhere fun half way! Maybe we can do breakfast? Or grab a sandwich at the nearest eatery! Your call!

OUR GOAL:
It is our goal to provide service, and educate people on being more efficient computer users. We aide in your understanding how the system works; not just dropping it off somewhere and paying for a system that still doesn't work, and never really knowing what's being done to your machine or why.

We want to provide fast, efficient and accurate service. If, in the initial service visit, we find the problem is something we can't handle, or if its going to take a longer period of time, then we will give you your options and perhaps even offer our HOME SERVICE**.

So we will let you know if the fix for your issue may take longer than 1 hour, so you are aware of the cost for the service. The initial visit fee must be paid before the DIAGNOSIS can be done.

Again if it will be a lengthy operation (reformatting, defrags, system scans) the Agent may offer you a HOME SERVICE**. This is a less expensive option to get these simple things done without paying for hours of downtime for an Agent to be on-site.

Your other options offered by the Agent may be:
1)Contacting your manufacturer
2)Contacting your Warranty holder
3)Upgrading Hardware necessary for better performance

**HOME SERVICE:
This is an option for lengthy scans and other service program checks that may eat up alot of service time when we are on the location with you. HOME SERVICE is offered at a discounted amount of $10.00 per hour. Time will be set on a predetermined amount, prior to taking your machine to have the necessary repairs, services or upgrades done on the unit. Your machine will be tagged, and an agreement will be signed including your Serial Number and Product ID for the unit. As your machine is in the present condition, we will not take the machine without proper disclosure of repair GUIDELINES for the HOME SERVICE.
